During many hikes in France, Italy and Switzerland I was surprised again and again by the beauty of my native country. In every season the mountains transform and show their dignity from a new side. The glaciers have melted in recent years and the changes in the mountains are dramatic. I hope that we will still be able to control climate change and that humanity will have more respect for mother nature, so that our children can still see the majesty of the glaciers with their own eyes...
